Wytyczne dotyczące suplementacji

Morning supplementation:

 	<li>D3 More than 4000-5000IU, up to 8000-10000IU</li>
 	<li>k2 200mcg ,</li>
 	<li>Omega 3 4-5 caps</li>
 	<li>glutamine 10g</li>
</ul>
Preworkout/intraworkout supplementation:
<ul>
 	<li>creatine 5-6g + 2g salt + 9-10g of Arginine or citruline + 40g of dextrose. Mix all this in 1,5l water and drink all training</li>
</ul>

Evening supplementation:
<ul>
 	<li>ashwaganda  1-2 kaps</li>
 	<li>Magnesium chelate or cintrinian 3-4 kaps</li>
 	<li>omega 3 again 2-3 kaps</li>

 	<li>Chromium 200mcg 3 times every day to bigger meals</li>
 	<li>care about water please, every day need to drink 5l water +10% maybe lazy drink like coffee, tea etc</li>
 	<li>care about salt too. when you prep your meals, try to prepare salt on morning like 12-14g, and is your limit for all day. (dont include sodium from food, just count salt what you add extra)</li>
